| Abstract: | The factors that make periodicals of science and technology get into trouble during the transform of economic systems are analyzed. The countermeasures for getting rid of trouble for periodicals of science and technology are put forward, which are giving preferential policies, allocating special fund, making investor benefited, printing advertisement, industrialization, setting up stock system and trying for development. |
