| 摘 要： | 报道了栀子中黄色素的提取方法，以及光照、温度、PH值和金属离子对栀子黄色素的影响，发现该色素在440nm处有强吸收峰，在碱性和中性条件下，对光、热、金属离子稳定性好，Fe^2 、Sn^2 对色素有较大影响。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the way to extract and purify the yellow pigment in Gardenia hasminoides Ellis,and the effects of light,temperature,metal ions and pH value on it.The experimental result shows that it has a stronger sorption peak in the range of 440nm.Under the base or neutral conditions,it possesses higher stability to light,heat or metal ions,but Fe 2 and Sn 2 have an effect on reducing colour. |
