| 摘 要： | 中华民族五千年历史长河中,酒和酒类文化占据着重要的地位。泸州作为中国历史文化名城,具有两千多年的历史,有着丰厚的文化底蕴。泸酒文化是泸州地域文化的典型代表,是最具品牌效应和开发潜力的优势特色资源。通过对泸州酒文化的研究,将泸酒文化与其它文化融合到一起,挖掘泸酒文化的内涵与特征,开发泸酒文化的应用价值,将酒文化用物质形式表现出来,发挥其宣传酒城特色、展示酒城魅力的作用,积极促进泸州酒文化的发展,促进泸州文化的建设与经济的可持续发展。
