| Abstract: | According to the problem of drive and overcurrent protection circuit of IGBT, the separate component drive and overcurrent protection circuit and module drive and overcurrent protection circuit are pointed out. The two circuits are put forward, and then their principles of word are analysed in the paper, and the advantages and disadvantages are given out. |
