| 摘 要： | 研究目的:大型体育活动突发公共事件的干预与对策。研究方法:采用查阅资料,分析和研究大型体育活动突发公共事件,阐述了突发公共事件的特征、分类,分析大型体育活动突发公共事件的诱发因素。研究结果与结论:对大型体育活动突发公共事件进行更完善的干预,需要在健全法法律法规、建立健全突发公共事件预警体系、信息交流系统建立、专业队伍建设、建立应对大型体育活动突发公共事件的预案,以及对教育大众对突发公共事件的正确认识上进行建设和进一步完善。

| Abstract: | Research goal: Large-scale sports burst characteristics public event countermeasure.Research technique: Uses the consult material,the analysis and the research large-scale sports arises suddenly the public event,elaborated the burst characteristics public event characteristic,the classification,the analysis largescale sports material sends the public event to induce the factor suddenly.Findings and conclusion: Carries on a more perfect intervention to the large-scale sports burst characteristics public event,needs in the perfect legal laws and regulations,to consummate the organizations and agencies and the management structure,the information alternating-current system establishment,the professional contingent constructs,the establishment should to the large-scale sports predetermined plan as well as to educates the populace to carry on the construction to the burst characteristics public event correct understanding in and further to consummate. |
