| 摘 要： | 从事基建管理与有关建筑教学的经历,使本人接触过不少建筑质量方面的问题,并做过一些研究和处理,积累了部分经验;目前正值我国高职院校迅速兴起,基础设施建设方兴未艾之际,特根据国家的《建筑法》、《建设工程质量管理条例》对建筑工程质量管理发表几点拙见,以期能得共勉。

| Abstract: | When working at fundamental construction supervision and construction teaching, I have studied many qualitative problems that I met and got some experience. Now, the high vocational colleges are developing rapidly, so do the fundamental construction. Here I put forward my opinion on qualitative supervision of construction to get mutual encouragement. |
