| 摘 要： | 产业化是市场经济条件下体育事业寻求自身生存与发展的必然趋势。体育场馆在经济运作、布局结构及运营管理等方面也要适应新形势的需要。廊坊市体育中心要实现产业化的快速发展，必须解决体育中心场馆功能单一、经营管理人才缺乏且超编严重、维修改造资金不足、所有权与经营权不明晰等问题，其间，可以采取深挖场馆票房和冠名市场、引进专业体育人才和减员增效、扩大投资多元化、明晰所有权与经营权等对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Industrialization is the inevitable trend for the sports industry to survive and develop itself under the market economy condition.Sports gymnasiums should adapt economical operation,layout structure,and operation management to the new situation.To realize fast development of industrialization,Langfang Municipal Sports Center must deal with many problems,such as unitary function,lack of management talents,being overstaffed,lack of maintenance and renovation fund,and fuzzy relation between ownership and operation and so on.The center can take countermeasures such as developing booking and naming markets,introducing of sports talents,downsizing staff for efficiency,expanding multiple investments,and making clear the relation between ownership and management. |
