学生自我效能感的培养在足球教学中的应用

摘    要:运用自我效能理论,在高校足球教学中对学生进行自我效能感培养的实验研究。结果表明:自我效能感的高低明显影响学生足球技能的掌握和体能的提高,实验组成绩优于对照组,且有非常显著性差异;分析了自我效能感的认知、动机、情感三个功能对学生体能和掌握足球技能所产生的影响;指出足球教学中培养学生自我效能感应注意的四个问题;学生自我效能感的培养能有效提高足球教学效果和学生足球水平,建议在足球教学中广泛应用。

Abstract:Applying the self-efficacy theory,the author made the research and experiment on how to cultivate the sense of self-efficacy of the students in college football teaching.The result shows that skills and physical fitness of students are affected apparently by sense of self-efficacy,the group in experiment are superior to the group in comparison,and shows very noticeable discrepancy; self-efficacy has three functions about cognition,motivation and emotion,which affect skills and physical fitness of students; there are four problems on cultivating the sense of self-efficacy of the students; it can raise availably quantity and achievement of students.This paper suggests that it should be applied in football teaching.
