| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法，对六安市希望小学体育师资现状进行研究。结果显示：希望小学体育教师数量不足且女体育教师严重缺乏，兼职体育教师比例过高并明显高于城市小学；希望小学体育教师的职称主要是小学一级和少数小学高级，没有特级教师，职称比例与教龄比例不是很吻合；希望小学专职体育教师的教学工作量较大，运动服装配备情况不够理想，而且在奖金和其他福利方面存在低于其他学科教师的现象；希望小学体育老师的总体情况落后城市小学，优于农村小学。从多渠道解决体育师资短缺问题，加强体育教师继续教育力度和切实提高体育教师的福利待遇等方面提出相应改善对策。 |

| Abstract: | Using literatures,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,the authors studied the P.E.teachers' status in Lu'an hope primary schools.The results show that P.E.teachers are insufficient and even female teachers,part-time teachers ratio is too high and much higher than city primary schools,most P.E.teachers are only first level of primary education,a small number are advanced level and no superfine teachers,title and seniority are not in direct proportion,full-time teachers in hope primary schools are in h... |
