短跑步频与肌纤维神经类型之间的关系

摘    要:通过查阅文献资料、调查访问、测量测验,在实验的基础上对短跑步频与肌纤维类型、神经类型之间关系以及训练对这种关系的影响进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,步频与肌纤维类型是密切相关的,快肌纤维组成百分比越高,步频越快,快肌纤维含量越低,步频越慢,步频与神经类型关系密切;通过一定手段对步频进行强化训练,可以使步频明显提高,而且使肌纤维百分比组成发生一定程度的改变;训练对步频与肌纤维类型之间的关系、步频与神经类型之间的关系没有明显作用。

Abstract:Tentatively surveye d is the relationship between the step frequency in sprinting and the neuro-type and the type of muscle fibers,as well as the cffect of such relationship on training, by means of document consultation, investigation, interview, measurement and test on the basis of experiment. It has been demonstrated in the research results that step frequency is closely correlative to the type of muscle fibers. The larger the persentage of the quick muscle fibers is composed of, the greater the step frequency is, and the lower the content of the duick muscle fibers is, the slower the step frequency is. The relation is close between the step frequency and the neuro-type. With intensified training in certain manners, the step frequency can be obyiously increased; in addition, changes will take place to a certain extent in the component proportion of muscle fibers. Training has no tangible effect on the relations between the step frequency and the type of muscle fibers on the one hand, and the neuro-type on the other hand.
