| 摘 要： | 共同富裕思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,它是从我国国情出发,总结我国社会主义建设的历史经验,在新时期改革开放的实践中提出的。“允许一部分人先富起来”使得社会贫富差距呈扩大之势,这是共同富裕这个动态、渐进过程中的必然结果,新一代中央领导集体继承并发扬小平的“共富”理论,提出“初次分配和再分配都要处理好效率和公平的关系,再分配更加注重公平”,这是邓小平共同富裕思想的延伸和发展,是一脉相承的,又是与时俱进的。
