| 摘 要： | 信用环境及企业自身的信用管理是两岸企业所共同面临的问题，并有可能成为经济发展的瓶颈之一。本文试图指明信用体系的建立，信用环境的改善，信用管理人才的培养，是改进企业信用管理的关键所在。比较了两岸企业外部信用环境的现状；企业对其自身信用管理的认知，信用管理部门的功能及管理模式；企业在信用管理方面与征信机构．银行之间的互动关系；信用管理民间组织的作用等。相信随着两岸交流的增多，建立在互信基础上的企业经济交往将会得到发展，两岸企业所处的信用环境将得到改善，企业自身的信用管理也将得到加强。

| Abstract: | Credit surroundings and corporate credit management have been issues both Mainland and Taiwan are encountered, and will become factors encumbering economic development. This paper indicates that the key of improving enterprise credit management depends on building credit system, raising credit surroundings and cultivating credit manager. The content of the paper includes comparing status quo of credit surroundings, self-recognition of credit management, functions and management mode of credit department, communication and exchanging information between enterprise and credit organization, effect of commercial credit management. With the increase of communication of the two sides, enterprise economy will develop on the base of trusting each other. At the same time, credit surroundings of enterprises will be improved and inner credit management will be strengthened. |
