| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国旅游业的快速发展带来了旅游景区所接待的旅游者数量的逐年增多,对旅游景区的接待和管理水平提出了更高的要求,而目前旅游专业人才培养大多停留于旅游管理和酒店管理两大专业方向,真正懂得景区开发与管理的专业人才非常少,难以满足景区发展对专业人才的需求。通过目前我国旅游业发展对景区专业人才需求的现状分析,提出人才培养改革的建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the rapid development of China’s tourism industry has brought about ever increasing tourists,which needs better reception and management of tourism resorts,while tourism professionals still remain in tourism and hotel management,the two main tourism majors.Those who truly understand tourism resorts development and management are very few,which can’t meet the demands for professionals.The paper analyzes the current situation of the professional demands and proposes that talents cultivation be reformed. |
