| 摘 要： | 村民自治中的民主决策．对于农村自治的健康发展．维护广大农民的根本利益．建设农村社会主义物质文明、精神文明、政治文明具有重要意义。当前农村自治的民主决策存在一些问题．如制度不完善、村妥与乡镇的关系没有依法理顺、村妥与村民、村妥与村支部的关系没有依法理顺。笔者认为．建立系统的民主决策程序和制度、提高乡镇村干部的民主法制素质、建立民主决策跟踪调查和信息反馈制度．是把村民自治的民主决策真正落到实处的有效办法。

| Abstract: | The democratic decision-making in villager`s autonomy, the aound development of rural autonomy, safeguard peasants` fundamental interests, build rural socialist material progress, spiritual civilization, political civilization and are significant. Some questions have existed in the democratic decision-making of present rural autonomy, if system perfect, village committee and relation of village committee and village and towns make in order in accordance with the law, village committee and villager, village committee and village relation of branch make in order in accordance with the law. I think, set up systematic democratic decision-making procedure and system, improve the democratic legal system quality of the cadre of village and towns, set up the follow-up investigation of democratic decision-making and information feedback system, it is the effective mdthod that really fulfills the democratic decision-making of villager`s autonomy. |
