| 摘 要： | 实训是职业教育不可缺少的重要教学环节,而实训基地是实践教学过程实施的重要训练场所,实践基地建设质量的好坏直接影响人才培养质量。以赛带训人才培养模式,促进了实训基地软硬件建设,加大了与企业之间的相互联系,充分发挥了实训基地多功能优势。

| Abstract: | Practical training is the indispensable important teaching link of higher vocational education.Practical training base is the important training location of process implementation in practical teaching.The quality of practical bases’ construction directly affects the quality of talents’ cultivation.The talents’ training mode of replacing training with competition can promote the software construction of practical base,increase the mutual contact with enterprises,and fully play the role of multi-function for practical training base. |
