| Abstract: | Maritime litigation and maritime arbitration are different methods of settlement of maritime disputations, and maritime arbitration depends on maritime litigation in many respects. This paper mainly discusses specific provisions on maritime arbitration of special procedure of maritime litigation.And at the same time, this paper analyses the importance of special procedure of the maritime litigation on maritime arbitration. |
