| 摘 要： | 通过对文献的回顾，结合多年的教学研究实践，特别是编导教学片和编写教材的实践，对保健按摩与治疗按摩的概念、分类进行探讨。两者的基本理论侧重点不同，按摩手法也有明显不同之处。对某些手法进行了改进，扩大了某些手法的使用范围，使保健按摩和治疗按摩更好地发挥各自的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the study of literature and teaching practice of many years, especially on the production of teaching films and materials, the concepts of massage for health and massage as treatment are distinquished. There are different emphases in these two basic theories and obvious differences in massage techniques. In order to give better reins to the separate massage for health, some techniques were improved and the scope of use was broadened. |
