我国老年人身体活动及其影响因素的历时变化——基于CHARLS2011年和2018年数据的分析

摘    要:基于中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)2011年和2018年的数据,利用logistic回归、平均偏效应模型以及交互模型,分析我国老年人身体活动及影响因素的历时变化。结果表明:我国老年人身体活动达标率从2011年的16.91%提升至2018年的48.65%,且同时呈现出同增长性与差异增大性;年龄、婚姻特征的影响程度增加,户籍、地域特征的影响程度减小;老年群体身体活动情况存在着明显的年龄、性别、教育以及户籍的分化。并以此提出建议:一要重视老年人身体活动不足的问题,提供有利于促进老年人身体活动的支持性环境,二要针对不同老年人群体,制定差异化的身体活动促进策略,三要根据区域地域差异化特征,进一步重视和引导城区中东部老年人的身体活动。

Abstract:Based on the data of 2011 and 2018 of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, logistic regression, mean bias effect model and interaction model were used to analyze the diachronic changes of physical activity of the elderly and influential factors in China.The results showed that the physical activity compliance rate increased from 16.91% in 2011 to 48.65% in 2018, revealing an increase during the same period and big differences. The influences of age and marital characteristics increased, while the influences of household registration and regional characteristics decreased. The physical activity of the elderly group diversified due to differences in age, gender, education and household registration. Measures should be taken to formulate diversified physical activity promotion strategies, to give more guidance and provide supportive environment for the sufficient physical activity.
