产业集聚视角下农业碳排放的空间效应

摘    要:由于碳排放存在空间关联,进行区域协同减排是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。农业对资源的高度依赖使其倾向于集聚式发展,而农业产业集聚对碳关联的影响程度、方向和形式仍不明确,不同类型的农业产业集聚是否引起碳关联的异质性有待回答。本文立足农业,先采用空间杜宾模型分析专业化集聚和协同集聚对农业碳关联的影响;再利用分区和分组空间杜宾模型,深入剖析该影响的区域异质性;最后以区域技术关联作为中介变量,使用中介效应模型考察农业产业相关多样化和无关多样化对碳关联的影响。研究发现:①农业专业化集聚有利于更多区域减排,且低专业化集聚地间的碳关联程度更高;②农业协同集聚会加重更多地区的碳排放,且高协同集聚地对低协同集聚地的增碳效应更明显;③农业优化发展区和保护发展区分别选择协同集聚或专业化集聚,可推动减排;④相关多样化集聚和无关多样化集聚通过区域技术互动产生增碳或减碳的空间效应。据此,本文提出:应推动跨省份农业产业集聚的形成;选择差异化的农业产业集聚方式;加大对地区的环境考核力度,进而激发减排潜力,促发区域减排合力,最终实现农业绿色转型。

Abstract:Regional coordinated emission reduction based on the spatial correlation of carbon emissions is an important way to achieve the dual carbon goals. Agriculture is highly dependent on resources, which makes its development more inclined to agglomerate. However, the degree, direction, and form of the impact of industrial agglomeration on the spatial correlation of carbon emissions are unclear, and whether different types of industrial agglomeration cause differences in the spatial correlation of carbon emissions remains to be examined. Therefore, this study used the spatial Durbin model to analyze the impact of industrial agglomeration on the spatial spillover of agricultural carbon emissions, and further used the partitioned Durbin model and grouped Durbin model to analyze the regional heterogeneity of this effect. Finally, regional technology correlation was used as the mediation variable, and the mediation effect model was used to investigate the effects of related and unrelated diversifications on carbon correlation. The results show that: (1) Agricultural specialization agglomeration is conducive to more regions to achieve emission reduction, and the spatial effect of emission reduction between low specialization agglomeration areas is more obvious; (2) Agricultural synergistic agglomeration increases carbon emissions in more regions, and the effect of high synergistic agglomeration area on low synergistic agglomeration area is more obvious; (3) The choice of synergistic agglomeration and specialization agglomeration in the agricultural optimization development area and the agricultural protection development area can promote the emission reduction; (4) Related and unrelated diversifications enhanced and weakened the spatial effects on agricultural carbon emissions through regional technological interaction. We further proposed to promote cross-regional agriculture industrial agglomeration; adopt differentiated agriculture industrial agglomeration methods to stimulate regional emission reduction potential; strengthen regional environmental assessment; and ultimately achieve efficient agricultural emission reduction.
