| 摘 要： | 我国风险投资业的发展过程中将会遇到机构风险、市场风险、退出风险、经验风险、竞争风险和项目源风险。本文认为通过建立有限合伙制、提高投资各环节的成功率和实行信息披露制度等措施，可大大提高风险投资的安全性。

| Abstract: | In the developing process of China venture capital, it will meet some different kinds of risks, such as agency risk, market risk, exit risk, experience risk, competition risk, and items risk. We think through establishing limited partnership system, improving the success rate of every step of investment, and publicizing information regularly, can greatly increase the security of venture capital. |
