| Abstract: | In this paper,the definition of the disadvantaged is given,then the present condition of its information acquisition is discussed.Also the paper puts forward an important idea that free education and the Confucius thinking that instruction recognizes no castes was the guarantee of information literacy for the disadvantaged.At last,specific measures for disadvantaged information literacy are offered. |
