| 摘 要： | 随着科技的发展，科技成果转化能力对高等院校的发展将产生很大的作用，高校科技成果评价也变得越来越重要．但是由于科技成果转化的模糊性，目前在我国还没有一种统一的有效的测定科技成果转化绩效的方法，通过对高校科技成果构成结构和评价指标体系的研究，提出了一种测定高校科技成果转化绩效的综合模糊评判模型。

| Abstract: | With the development of science and technology, the capacity of science and technology result conversion exercises great influence on the development of the university.Therefore the evaluation of S&T(achievements,) conversion is increasingly important.Up to now,China has no effective measurement method of S&T achievement conversion performance because of the fuzzy of science and technology result conversion at present.It brings forward a fuzzy evaluation model of university's science and technology result conversion by studying on the high technology result configuration and the system of indices. |
