| 摘 要： | 师德建设研究的30年文献回顾,表明师德建设经历了由边缘走向热点的交化.师德建设研究的内容集中在四个方面,印师德失范现象与原因的研究、师德建设的主体性研究、师德建设的对策性研究和师德建设的反思研究.师德建设研究中存在着概念混乱、内容偏颇、方法单一和理论深度不够等问题.未来师德建设研究应加强基础理论研究、由教化本位向内生本位转化和研究方法由单一走向多元.
