| 摘 要： | 教学中使用口诀法可使动作技巧形象化、专业术语口语化、动作操练简单化，它不仅琅琅上口而且简明易懂，是贯彻精讲多练原则的有效方法之一。口诀法在传统体育项目中运用较多，如武术、体操，但是在网球项目中鲜有使用，这与网球在我国的发展还处于起步兴起阶段有关。通过在网球教学中发现口诀运用的重要价值，在进一步理论研究的基础上，创编了网球正手技术教学口诀，旨在为网球正手的教学提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Pithy formulas make skills visualizable, technical terms colloquial and the actual drilling easy to carry out. It is one of effective ways to implement the principlse of the essential teaching and ensure plenty of practice as it is catchy and straight forward. The pithy formula teaching is usually used in traditional sports, such as martial arts and gymnastics. It is rarely used in tennis training. That is mainly because the development of tennis sport is in starting stage in China. This paper finds out significant value of using pithy formulas in tennis teaching, thus creates pithy for- mulas of tennis forehand skill teaching on the basis of a theoretical research so as to help the tennis teaching. |
