| 摘 要： | 在全社会大力弘扬和谐文化，倡导和谐精神的背景下，我国法治文明的和谐发展模式可以构想为“会通-创新”，即古今会通，探寻中华法系和谐理念的当代建构；中西会通，促进移植法律与本土文化的和谐兼容；制度与观念会通，构建社会主义的和谐法律文化观；区域会通与城乡会通。协调社会主义法治文明发展的和谐平衡。

| Abstract: | Under the background of vigorously promoting harmonious culture and advocating harmonious spirit all over the society, the path of harmonious development for the legislative civilization can be conceived as “Interconnection- Innovation”, that is to say, we should interconnect ancient times and present times to explore the contemporary construction of the harmonious conception on law in China; we should interconnect China with West to promote the harmonious compatibility of transplanted laws and local culture; we should interconnect the regulations with the value to establish the law and culture value of socialist harmony; we should interconnect all regions as well as urban and rural areas to harmoniously balance the development of socialist legislative civilization. |
