| 摘 要： | 目前的中国，在政府和民众之间、市场各利益主体之间，以及一般社会成员之间都出现了比较严重的信任问题。究其原因，与我国政治体制改革和经济体制改革的不同步发展有关，也与转型过程中传统的人格信任无法满足现代社会的需要而满足现代社会需要的制度信任出现了失序有关。因此，要治理当前我国社会信任问题，必须着力于经济体制改革的完善和政治体制改革的推进，切实转变政府职能、规范政府行为，健全法治，推进社会信用体系建设，加强对公民的信任教育等。

| Abstract: | Currently, trust issue has emerged among government and the public, stakeholders as well as members of society. The following reasons may explain this phenomenon. First, the split between political and economic restructuring.Secondly, the need of current society during transformation not be satisfied by interpersonal trust, while institution-based trust it needs becomes disordered.Therefore, something must be done to improve the economic restructuring and further promote the political re- structuring so as to transform the government function, regulate government behavior and establish a sound legal system as well as strengthen the construction of social trusting system to educate the civics. |
