短纤维橡胶复合材料的非线性有限元研究

摘    要:依据能量等效原理建立复合材料有效模量的计算方法,并考虑橡胶的大变形特征,研究单向短纤维增强橡胶复合材料中的材料细观参数对有效模量的影响,得出有效模量的预测公式.研究表明:短纤维橡胶复合材料的有效模量随载荷的增大而减小;相对于纤维直径和纤维含量,纤维的长度大小对有效模量有更大的影响.

Abstract:The computational method of composite effective moduli is presented based on energy equivalence principle.The relationships between microparameter and effective moduli of short fibberrubber composite have been given for rubber's characteristic of large deflection.Emperical formula of effective moduli was regressed according to data predicted by FEA using regression tool. It is shown that, the effective modulis decrease as the loads increase ; the fiber length has more important effect on the effective moduli than firber diameter and content.
