泉州市公务员心理素质现状、问题及对策

摘    要:采用16PF问卷对泉州市两百多名公务员进行调查,研究显示:泉州市公务员心理素质的整体水平优于一般人群;心理素质符合他们的岗位需求,但也存在差异;心理健康状况不容乐观;心理素质在有恒性等因素上得分不高。因此,对泉州市公务员应通过加强心理健康教育、增强心理耐受能力,做好心理危机干预和心理健康筛选。

Current Situation of Psychological Quality of Civil Servants in Quanzhou City and the Countermeasures

Abstract:With a 16PF questionaire, an investigation is made among 200 civil servants in Quanzhou City, which shows (1)their overall psychological quality is better than other common groups in Quanzhou City; (2)their psychological quality meets the requirements from their position, but there exists some differences among them; (3)their psychological situation is not so optimistic~ (4)their scores in perseverance of psychological quality are not high.Therfore it is necessary to strengthen their psychological health education and psychological enduarance, to lay emphasis on the psychological intervence and the psychological screening.
