| 摘 要： | 研究生是跨世纪的高层次人才，研究生毕业前的思想教育工作是十分重要的，做好这一工作，首先要运用恰当的方法，了解研究在毕业前的思想状况，再依据心理学，教育学理论，从社会环境、学校教育、个人需要等方面进行分析，选择有效的途径和方法。
