| 摘 要： | 吉尔吉斯斯坦目前面临政治危机、经济危机和民族关系危机:中亚首任女总统奥通巴耶娃面临的主要困惑俄罗斯答应提供支持,但许多承诺还未兑现;外债已达到24.99亿美元;南部一直不稳。议会选举引发许多问题,不同部族之间尚未学会谈判之道,达成妥协恐怕不易。因此爆发新的冲突的可能性是存在的。
