| 摘 要： | 运用耳针对青少年男子篮球运动员赛前情绪兴奋水平及心率反映调节过程进行实验研究，结果表明：耳针手段具有使青少年篮球运动员情绪“较高”水平下降和使情绪兴奋低水平上升的作用，能有效地调节篮球运动员赛前情绪兴奋水平，使之达到“良性”兴奋状态，为广大篮球教练员对运动员赛前情绪调节提供参考。

| Abstract: | The study uses the precedures of reaction excitation and adjustment of theauriculotherapy upon the level of men's basketball young players' pre--matching moodiness,excitation and heartbeats. The result show that the auriculotherapy can both lower theyoung players's higher level of the moodiness and highten the lower level of the excitation,and can also adjust the players' level of the pre--matching moodiness and excitation. It canmake them have better conditions of the excitation. We hope that the study would providebasketball trainers who adjust the pre--matching moodiness of their players with a referencematerial. |
