个性化教育与模式化教育一体化发展研究

摘    要:模式化教育因其相对统一的教学行为而具有基础性、系统性、规范性、高效性和公平性等特性,但忽视了学生的个性特征和发展;个性化教育从培养个体出发,充分尊重学生的个性发展需求,有利于创新性人才培养,但需要较多的教育资源,如果在国内高校全面实施会引起诸多问题,因此,本文提出发展以模式化教育为主、个性化教育为辅的高等教育模式,并给出该模式下开展教育的具体措施。

Abstract:Standardized education,while noted for its basic,systemic,normative,efficient and egalitarian features,ignores students' individualistic development needs.Individualized education,while beneficial for individualistic development and cultivation of creative people,sets a high demand on education resources and will cause many problems if implemented in China.This paper proposes a coordinated higher education framework with standardized education at its core and individualized education at its periphery,and indicates specific measures for operating the framework.
