| 摘 要： | 近些年来，普通高校陆续创办音乐艺术类专业教育，专业艺术教育有了很大发展。但是由于音乐专业的不断扩招，音乐毕业生的人数也急剧增加，音乐人才的就业形势非常严峻。为适应社会的发展需求，高校应调整人才培养目标，重新制定符合社会发展变化的音乐人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many colleges and universities continuously established musical art specialties, so professional art education made great development. But because the musical specialties expanded enrolment, the graduates of musical specialties increased sharply, therefore, the employment situation is very serious for the musical talents. In order to adapt to the demand of social development, colleges and universities should adjust their talent training goals, and reconstruct their musical talent training mode, in order to meet the needs of social development. |
