| Abstract: | There are differences on the rights and legal responsibility between libraries and users who acquire profits from the maintenance of public benefits in the circumstances of digital libraries. So the digital libraries and the customers should be treated as seperated subject of legal responsibility. Based on this viewpoint, the article puts forward a tentative plan about how to apply the rule of fare use in different models of digital libraries. |
