| 摘 要： | 职业技能大赛是新时期职业教育改革与发展的重要助推器,是实践教学工作的重要检验平台。广西职业技术学院通过多年举办职业技能大赛实践,探讨高职院校举办职业技能大赛的管理运行机制、特色与成效,并对职业技能大赛工作进行反思,提出从运行机制和品牌打造等方面进一步完善技能大赛工作。

| Abstract: | Vocational skills competition is a key assistor for the reform and development of vocational education in the new age as well as an important testing platform for practical teaching. Through years of hosting vocational skills competition, discussing management operation mechanism, characteristics and result of hosting vocational skills competition along with reflections on vocational skills competition in vocational colleges, We argue that ef- forts should be made to improve vocational skills competition in terms of operation mechanism and brand devel- opment. |
