桂林米粉的品牌文化与产业化路径

摘    要:桂林米粉是桂林历史,桂林文化,桂林名片,是桂林人生活不可或缺的一部分。桂林米粉这个品牌,不仅在国内有影响力,在世界的其他地区也有很大的名气与美誉度。但就桂林米粉经营而言,缺乏品牌意识,且各自为政,缺乏行业竞争力。要树立桂林米粉品牌,需从米粉的店面设计、多种经营、标准化作业、行业整合、文化旅游等方面进行品牌经营以及走产业化发展的道路。

Abstract:Guilin rice noodle is an indispensable part of the history, culture and brand of Guilin as well as the life of Guilin natives. Guilin rice noodle enjoys great popularity both at home and abroad. However, Guilin rice noodle dealers lack of brand management awareness, coordination and industrial competitiveness. The article probes into the brand management strategy as well as industrialization approach of Guilin rice noodle from perspectives of shop design, diversified operation, standardized operation, industries integration, and cultural tourism.
