| 摘 要： | 基于微电子技术的不断发展,高速器件的使用和高速数字系统设计越来越多,系统数据速率、时钟速率和电路密集度都在不断增加.信号完整性分析的应用已经成为解决高速电路板设计的一个有效途径.介绍了高速电路板设计中信号完整性(SI)的定义、所要解决的主要问题、解决问题的基本方法和信号完整性分析模型.

| Abstract: | In the design of high speed circuit board,there exists a problem of signal integrality,caused by narrowing of signal edge,the speeding up of data and clock.Its definition and its main problems were put forward. The basic methods for solving the problems of power distribution,transmission line reflection,cross talk and electromagnetic interference as well as its analysis model were put forward. |
