| 摘 要： | 对于表扬能否促进幼儿心理的健康发展,心理学界长期存在着争论。笔者认为在幼儿教育实践中,表扬能促进幼儿心理的健康发展,但这种促进作用的实现需要一定条件:表扬需要及时,表扬需要真实、真诚,多采用过程取向的表扬。为使表扬在幼儿园教育中发挥积极作用,教师必须对表扬如何发挥作用有清醒的认识,表扬需遵循科学的原理,使用适当的方法。

A Dialectic Study on Effect of Praise upon Children's Psychological Development |

| Abstract: | Controversy exists in psychological circle as for whether praise stimulates healthy development of children's Psychology. The author argues that praise stimulates children's psychological development only on the condition that praise should be true and sincere and process-oriented. In order to achieve positive effects, the teacher should have a profound understanding of how praise functions and follow scientific principles and adopt proper ways in praising. |
