| 摘 要： | 高等教育的现代化对高校教师的素质提出了更高的要求，需要教师既掌握现代教育理论又能在课程中熟练应用现代教育技术。结合广东海洋大学的实际情况，在多年开展教育技术培训的基础上，就高校教师教育技术的校本培训进行分析和探索。
