| 摘 要： | 非农产业的形成与发展原因包括内外因两方面,内因有投资者和劳动者原因,外因有土地流转、地理环境和农业发展等原因。土地使用权的流转影响因素包括非农的发展、政府支持、利益的驱动等因素。土地流转推动非农的形成和发展,非农的发展壮大又进一步促进土地流转,两者共同致力于农业经济的发展。

The circulation of land use rights and development of non-agricultural industries |

| Abstract: | The formation and development of the non-agricultural industries involve internal and external factors. Internal factors are concerned with investors and laborers, and external factors cover land circulation, geographical environment, agricultural development, and so on. The circulation of land use rights is related to the non-agriculture's development, the government support and the interest-driven factors. The thesis argues that the circulation of land use gives impetus to the formation and development of the non-agricultural industries, and in turn the development and prosperity of non-agricultural industries promote the circulation of land use. As a consequence, both the circulation of land use and the non-agricultural industries development are committed to developing agricultural economy. |
