| 摘 要： | 为确保“科技奥运”理念的有效实施,北京市制定了《数字奥运建设专项规划》,引起了体育界人士的强烈反响,如何将“数字奥运”理念转变为现实行动,如何实现“数字奥运”的宏伟规划是社会各个系统面对的重大课题,尤其是体育决策层。而对于“数字奥运”所赖以生存的体育信息环境的建设则成为现阶段体育建设中的重中之重。

| Abstract: | For guarantee the idea of "Hi-tech Olympics" effectively implemented,the "sub-plan of Digital Olympics" was built for Beijing,Which causes strong response of personage in the sports sessions.It is a great subject for each system of the society to make the idea of "Digital Olympics" into reality,and grand planning realizing,especially for the policy-making level of sports.And the sports information environmental construction that "Digital Olympics" depend on for existence becomes the most important thing in sports construction of the present stage. |
