| 摘 要： | 环渤海经济圈是我国经济发展的"第三极",具有强大的"后发优势"。河北省高职教育在建立"沿海强省"的战略背景下,应当首先发展沿海高职教育。通过产学合作建立和完善跨区域职业教育集团。对于河北省而言,建议建立一批跨区域高职实训基地、提高师资水平和待遇、实行职业院校董事会制度和聚合以沿海为中心的高职院校云。

| Abstract: | The Bohai economic circle is the third pole of China’s economic development,which has powerful "advantage of backwardness".Under "the powerful province along the coast" strategy,Hebei province should firstly develop higher vocational education in this district,set up and better vocational education groups cross region through combining with industry and school.As for Hebei province,a few higher vocational practice bases cross region should be built,the level and conditions of teacher’s team should be increased,the system of board for vocational colleges should be carried out and the cloud of higher vocational colleges along the sea should be gathered. |
