| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育是以学习者为主体的教育。其学习方式的灵活多样，学习手段的多元选择和学习支助的日趋完善，使其不但成了个人进行终身学习的最佳选择，而且促进了终生学习体系的构建，推进了学习的个别化和个性化进程。
