| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来,我国对考试公平问题普遍重视,在推进考试公平方面取得了很大成效。但是,目前对考试公平在认识上很不全面,在实务上出现严重偏颇,必须进一步深化认识,改进工作。不仅追求形式公平,而且要追求实质公平。只有这样,才能提升我国考试水准,发展健康的考试文化,为办人民满意的教育奠定基础。本文就此理出一个基本思路。
