| 摘 要： | 从分子结构角度阐述了尿素包合原理，讨论了尿素包合操作方法及其具体应用。分析了尿素包合的不同手段及其优缺点，指出单一尿素包合法在分离多不饱和脂肪酸时存在的不足，并提出相应的改进手段，同时探讨了尿素衍生物葫芦脲的包合作用及其应用进展。

| Abstract: | The principle and applications of urea package are summerized at the molecular structure level.The advantages and disadvantages of the different operations on urea package are also discussed.Meanwhile, the shortcomings of the single method of urea package in separation of polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as corre-sponding improving means are put forward.The derivatives of urea, cucurbit n] uril, is also introduced and the host-guest interaction is also discussed. |
