| 摘 要： | 建设图书馆主题阅览室,是图书馆工作的一种创新,对于提高服务效率和质量,满足读者的需要,都具有重要的意义。学校主题阅览室创建的基本要素包括拥有特色馆藏、坚持以人为本的服务理念和满足读者的个性化需要等。主题阅览室创建的基本策略,大体包括:提高认识,确立人本理念;抓好资料收藏工作;提高特色馆藏的收藏技术;突出重点与特色;加强个性化服务,满足读者需要,等等。

| Abstract: | Establishing theme reading room in library is a kind of innovation for library services.It has great significance to promote service and efficiency,to meet the needs readers.The basic elements of establishing theme reading room include special collections,insisting on the people-based concept of service and meeting the individuality demand of readers.The basic strategies of establishing theme reading room generally including awareness-raising,establishing humanism idea,perfecting the work of data collection,improving special collections collection technology,stressing a focal point and characteristics,strengthening personalized services,meeting the needs of readers and so on. |
