| 摘 要： | 学校的体育改革现今主要围绕着“以人为本、健康第一”这个指导思想开展,教学目标、教学模式、教学内容、教学方法以及课程的评价等方面都要求适应这个思想要求。在教学过程中合理的教学方法是不可缺少的。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验对比法等,在普通高校篮球教学中对传统教学法与比赛教学法进行了实验研究,结果表明通过比赛教学法可以调动广大学生的学习积极性,激发学生学习的兴趣和热情,从而达到良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | It is mainly launched around this guidelines of"people-oriented,health first"now that school sports are reformed.All aspects such as the teaching goal,teaching mode,content of courses are requested to fit for it too.The rational teaching method is indispensable in teaching.By applying the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,experiment contrast,etc.,this article carried on experiment research to the traditional teaching method and competition teaching method.The result indicates that students' study enthusiasm can be aroused through the competition teaching method;It can also stimulate interest and enthusiasm of students in study.Thereby,good teaching effects are achieved. |
