| 摘 要： | 钦州港已跨入千万吨大港的行列，集装箱吞吐量不断增长，每年都有新的突破，2008年集装箱吞吐量是2003年的34倍多；外贸进出总额于2002年到2008年保持着良好的增长势头，增长速度较快，基本都在80％以上，极具发展潜力。钦州市建设物流大港的措施主要有选准港口服务市场，发展开放型经济，带动基础设施建设；推进信息化建设，提高运营管理能力，加快集疏运系统建设；完善“大通关”体系，树立服务理念；发挥保税港区的龙头作用，培育港口物流簇群，发展临港工业；加快人才培养，保证钦州港现代物流的可持续发展。
