基于建构主义理论的高职公共英语教学模式

摘    要:建构主义理论强调学习者主动参与学习过程的重要性,认为学习者是通过同化与顺应的过程,根据自身的经验来主动建构新的知识。基于该理论,分析高职公共英语的教学现状,指出传统教学模式的不足,提出模拟情境式教学模式、小组合作互动型模式、“3S中心”教学模式、任务型网络教学模式这四种新型的高职公共英语教学模式。

Abstract:Constructivism, initially proposed by the Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget in 1960s, is the latest teaching and learning theory in Westem countries and has a profound impact on English teaching reform. It emphasizes the importance of the leamer being actively involved in the learning process, and states that individuals construct new knowledge from their experiences through processes of assimilation and accommodation. By analyzing the teaching situation of public English in higher vocational colleges, this paper points out the disadvantages of traditional teaching models and puts forward four new ones on the basis of constructivism theory, including Simulated Situational Teaching Model, Groups Interactive Teaching Model, 3S-center Teaching Model and Task-based & Network-based Teaching Model.
