| 摘 要： | 本文运用经济学基本观点、原理和方法，对转型期学术腐败的发生从深层次进行了探讨，得出的结论是：转型期社会巨大的需求市场和供给源将使学术腐败愈演愈烈。并就此问题提出了治理的思路和对策。
